Commercial Administrator

Infrastructure Project – Sizewell Area

Pay: £16.00 per hour
Holiday: ~£2.20 per hour accrued (banked and paid when you take time off)
Contract: PAYE via agency
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Working pattern: Site based (typical hours 8:00–5:30, some flexibility available)

Locations

Initial site for the next few months:
Framlingham Technology Centre
Station Rd, Framlingham, Woodbridge IP13 9EZ

Then moving onto the main project site at:
Main Road, Saxmundham IP17 1LF

The project

This role supports the delivery of a new link road between the A12 and the Sizewell C site, helping divert construction traffic away from local villages and improve access to the wider area.

It’s a visible, meaningful infrastructure project with a real local impact — and you’ll be part of the team delivering it.

The role

You’ll work closely with the Quantity Surveyors and commercial team, providing a strong commercial support function to keep the project running smoothly.

They’re looking for an experienced, reliable head who’s comfortable with data, systems, and detail — someone who can be trusted to get it right.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Supporting QSs with commercial and cost data

  • Processing and tracking invoices, costs, and records

  • Maintaining accurate spreadsheets and commercial systems

  • Managing and checking data with a strong focus on accuracy

  • Chasing information and resolving queries

  • General commercial administration to support the site team

What they’re looking for

  • Previous experience in a commercial / cost administrator role

  • Strong IT skills, especially Excel and internal systems

  • Very strong eye for detail and accuracy

  • Confident working with data in a live site environment

  • Organised, dependable, and able to hit the ground running
