Rate up to £400 per day. Slight flexibility for the right person.

Site based. Full time.
The role
This is a site based commercial role working for a well established rail subcontractor delivering works on a live framework across the North West.
You will be part of the project delivery team, handling the day to day commercial management of rail works. This is a hands on role rather than a reporting or head office position.
Day to day responsibilities
Contract administration
Change management and variations
Applications for payment and assessments
CVRs and cost reporting
Supporting the project team with commercial input
Managing subcontractor and supplier payments
What they are looking for
Proven rail experience is essential
Experience working for a subcontractor or main contractor
Comfortable working full time on site
Strong understanding of commercial processes on rail projects
Practical, delivery focused approach
Suitable for an experienced QS or SQS. Job title is less important than capability.
