We’re currently recruiting freelance Quantity Surveyors at all levels (AQS, QS, SQS) to support a Tier 1 contractor on a long-standing infrastructure framework.
This is a live requirement with an immediate start. The initial focus is on managing subcontractor accounts under NEC contracts. The workload will be admin-heavy for the next few months — dealing with change events, payment applications, and contract management — but it’s a great opportunity to get embedded early ahead of a major pipeline of work.
