Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office/ 2 days from home

The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join their established commercial team on a long-term framework contract. This role provides a platform to work on different infrastructure schemes that improve connectivity across the North of England — with the added prospect of moving onto different flagship projects in the future to broaden your commercial experience.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager, supporting key commercial activities including:
- Subcontractor management
- Cost-value reconciliations
- Financial reporting
- Full ownership of your own work packages from inception to completion

About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the highways or civil engineering sectors
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
- The ability to manage your workload independently, while contributing effectively as part of a wider team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
