The Opportunity
This is a newly created role due to a growing project portfolio. You will have the chance to shape the role around your strengths, with a healthy balance of independence and support from senior leadership.
You will lead commercial activities across pre- and post-contract stages, focusing on:
- Procurement and subcontractor management
- Contract review and administration
- Payment applications
- Cost-value reconciliations
The role is part of a secured, long-term, multi-billion-pound framework lasting 10 years, with a clear pathway towards senior leadership roles as the business continues to grow.

About You
You will have experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor in infrastructure — ideally in water, rail, highways, or general civil engineering — and be confident working with NEC contracts.
