Are you looking to kick-start your career in infrastructure project delivery? Whether you're a recent graduate or someone with early experience in construction or rail, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading infrastructure firm and grow into a key coordination role.

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support workforce scheduling, coordinate resources, and ensure compliance with safety and fatigue management standards — with full training provided for the right candidate.

The Role

As Project Coordinator, you’ll play a vital part in keeping projects running safely and efficiently by supporting workforce logistics and team communication. You’ll:

  • Monitor workforce shifts to ensure safe and efficient scheduling

  • Coordinate project resources to meet operational demands

  • Support fatigue management processes to maintain workforce wellbeing and compliance

  • Facilitate communication between site teams, management, and stakeholders

  • Ensure adherence to company and industry safety regulations

  • Maintain project documentation and assist with reporting

  • Visit client offices and project sites to build strong working relationships and understand operations firsthand

You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in site-based activities if this is something you’re interested in, helping you gain a well-rounded understanding of project delivery.

About You

We’re open to entry-level applicants and graduates who are eager to learn and build a long-term career in infrastructure. You’ll bring:

  • A proactive and organised approach to work

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Willingness to travel to client offices and sites when required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Previous exposure to fatigue management - desirable

  • A full UK driving licence

  • A genuine interest in infrastructure, construction, or rail

Experience in the rail or construction sector would be a plus, but full training will be provided.

Development & Progression

This is more than just a coordination role — it's a genuine opportunity to grow your career. The business is committed to supporting your development through:

  • Structured training and mentoring

  • Opportunities to complete relevant industry courses

  • Exposure to site-based work (if desired)

  • Clear progression pathways within project delivery and operations
