Admin Assistant – Tier 1 Civil Engineering Contractor
Honingham, Norwich | £16.50/hr PAYE | 42.5 hrs/week | Weekly Pay
3-Month Contract – Strong Chance of Extension

A leading Tier 1 Civil Engineering contractor is delivering major highway upgrades on the A47 near Honingham. With further work recently awarded and three admins already supporting the project, the team is now expanding.

This is a key support role — helping the project run smoothly behind the scenes. It’s Monday to Friday, core office hours, and ideal for someone reliable, organised, and IT-savvy who enjoys working in a site-based team.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Uploading invoices, documents, and records into internal systems

  • General admin support across the project team

  • Keeping digital files accurate and well-organised

  • Supporting a busy office environment to keep things moving efficiently

What we’re looking for:

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Previous admin experience (construction/project admin a bonus)

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Reliable, approachable, and happy to work on site

You’ll be joining a supportive team within a Tier 1 contractor, with opportunity for extension as the project continues to grow.
