Acquisitions Surveyor (Telecoms)


Salary - £35,000 - £45,000 plus car allowance (Salary dependent on experience)  

28 days holiday plus bank holidays, can purchase an additional 3 days holiday

5% pension contributions

Acquisitions Surveyor Role

As Acquisition Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting all company business in a professional manner along with liaising with clients, design consultants, radio planners, planning officers and site providers in order to achieve project goals.

You will also take responsibility for a portfolio of telecommunication sites and carrying out activities such as site searches, audit reports, MSV attendance, client reporting, submission of planning applications, negotiation of heads of terms, completion of 3rd party applications, legal liaison and handover documentation.

Acquisitions Surveyor Requirements

-         Team Player

-         Telecoms Experience

-         Happy to travel to sites across the UK

-         Driving Licence

-         Understanding of property/planning law
