I joined ATA/Ganymede as a Trainee Talent Sourcing Specialist straight after graduating from the University of Nottingham in July 2017. During this time I have been Promoted to Principal Talent Sourcing Specialist and recruited freelance staff across highways, water, aviation, power and rail industries.

As Principal Talent Sourcing Specialist I work with our Client Relationship Managers to supply freelance staff to a number of our key clients across the infrastructure market.
I regularly recruit for Site Engineers, Senior Engineers, Site Agents, Project Managers, General Foreman, M&E Site Managers, M&E Supervisors, M&E Project Managers, Commissioning Engineers and etc.

In this candidate lead market I enjoy the challenge of identifying the best candidates for each individual position.
What I do when I'm not in the office
Having a large beard is like having another full time job however I occasionally also find the time to play Ice Hockey.
