£45,000 – 50,000 per Annum + Package.

The Role and Responsibilities
As Temporary Works Designer you’ll be providing technical support to assist with operational activities, including support for excavations, working platforms, shaft/tunnel installations, lifting ops etc. You will provide detailed design and checking of temporary works and minor permanent works as well as the checking of detailed technical designs.

The Requirements
The ideal Temporary Works Designer will have thorough knowledge of engineering management, construction processes and technical design. You will have previous experience working within temporary work design across civil engineering and construction projects and be able to demonstrate the type of temporary works design you have completed.
We do require someone that has worked for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors, and you must have a Degree, ONC/HNC or equivalent in civil engineering. And would be advantageous to be working towards chartership.
