Supervisor
Location: Paddington, London (with occasional travel)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Rate: £20/hr CIS – Midweek Days | £30/hr CIS – Midweek Nights & Weekend Days | £40/hr CIS – Weekend Nights
We are recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to oversee reactive works on a major rail framework, based at Paddington Station. This is a fantastic opportunity for an operative ready to step up into management, or for an established Supervisor seeking their next challenge.
You’ll be responsible for leading teams of operatives and subcontractors, coordinating reactive works, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The role involves liaising with clients, managing resources, maintaining KPIs, and driving site performance.
Key Requirements
- Experience with a Principal Contractor and knowledge of HSEQS.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate teams, manage subcontractors, and build strong client relationships.
- Computer literate and commercially aware.
Essential Qualifications
- CSCS
- Full UK Driving Licence
