The Role and Responsibilities
As Sub Agent you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the delivery of a very important project. You be responsible for rigorously applying planning techniques to ensure the continuous use of resources and sub-contractors. Building and maintaining client relationships, working with the commercial teams and managing the weekly programme.
The Company
Our client, a large Tier 1 contractor, have secured work on a large station re development project. They are responsible for working across major frameworks and projects across the country within the Rail, Highways, Water and Civil Engineering sector.
The Requirements
The ideal Sub Agent for this position will have experience across Station project previously. Experience working across heavy civil engineering projects including reinforced concrete, earthworks, pilling, drainage would be advantageous for this role! It is essential you are delivery focused and able to be based on site 5 days a week.
This role could also be suitable for an experienced Section/Senior Engineer or Site Manager looking for a step up.
We do require someone that has worked for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors, and you must have a valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid as a minimum.
