Our Regional Main Contractor client is looking to employ a Site Manager to help grow their existing team due to a continuing upturn in work in the Yorkshire region.

A Site Manager who is capable of delivering New Build Commercial, Industrial and Care Home projects up to a value of £5M is ideal, however on the initial project they will be acting as No2 reporting directly to a resident Project Manager on a £12M New Build Project in the South Yorkshire region.

The successful applicant will hold SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS and be able to demonstrate a track record of working on similar projects. Our client would definitely consider Site Managers just starting the begining of their career with 3 - 5 years minimum experience.
