Site Engineer
Duration – 6 month contract with potential opportunity for extension
Location – Wolverhampton
Rate - £280 - £300 per day Ltd (Outside IR35), negotiable depending on experience
Working Hours – 07:00 – 17:00
Opportunity for a site engineer with an extensive track record of drainage within the Rail or Highways industry to start a 6-month contract.
Site Engineer Role
As site engineer you will be part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside engineers, construction managers, supervisors, planners, surveyors and subcontractors. They share responsibility for site security, health and safety, and the organisation and supervision of material.
Carrying out setting out duties
Ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
Supervisor and monitor the progress and quality of work produced by site labour force as well as sub-contractors.
Check drawings and quantities as well as reading designs
Site Engineer Requirements
- Deep drainage experience – Must
- CSCS – Must
