Job Title: Site Agent
Location: Watford
Rate: £400 per day limited

Are you an experienced Site Agent looking to support the delivery of essential infrastructure projects? We are seeking a Site Agent to join a framework delivery team working across multiple environmental upgrade schemes as part of a long-term regulated programme.

You’ll be part of a well-established organisation delivering improvements to existing treatment assets with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and programme delivery. This role supports the early stages of project delivery, ensuring each site is fully prepared for construction and operational activity.

About the Role

As Site Agent, you will be responsible for planning and managing pre-construction activities across multiple sites before moving into delivery on allocated locations. You will coordinate surveys, site access, temporary works requirements, management plans and early enabling activities to support programme readiness. You will lead on day-to-day site operations during early delivery phases, managing subcontractors, supervising site teams and maintaining control of safety, quality and programme performance. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Engineering teams to manage site documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Site Agent with experience in civil engineering, water or utilities projects. You will hold an HNC or higher in Civil Engineering, along with SMSTS and a valid CSCS card. You must have experience managing site activities, construction delivery and pre-construction planning with a working knowledge of CDM regulations, method statements, risk assessments and temporary works. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to work across multiple locations as required.
