Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture a network of candidates through various channels including advertising, job boards, and professional networking sites.
- Cultivate relationships with both existing and prospective clients, understanding their requirements and offering expert advice on suitable candidates and industry trends.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality service to clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and assessment to interview coordination and placement.
- Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates to secure successful placements.
- Meet and exceed challenging sales targets in a results-driven environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Background in recruitment with a proven track record in the heating & electrical sector.
- Ability to engage and present effectively to senior stakeholders within the industry.
- Ambitious with a strong drive for success.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working autonomously and efficiently.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting.
