Senior Quantity Surveyor
Our Main Contractor Heavy Civils client is currently looking to appoint 2 Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their expanding team due to further growth and contract awards.
Working on projects that are primarily heavy civils that will include;
- Pipe Jack Works
- Utilities
- Open Trench Works
Project values range from £1M to £7M and will require all aspects of commercial input including the following;
- Package Allocation
- Weekly/Monthly CVR's
- Managing Application for Payments
- Measurement and Valuations
- Issuing sub-contractor payments
- Pricing Variations
- Conversant with NEC 3 FOC
The successful applicants will have full commercial responsibilities for 1 - 3 projects at a time reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager so will need the ability to work autonomously from either a site or at home where appropriate.
