Our Main Contractor Civils client is currently looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team due to further growth and contract awards and would also consider a Quantity Surveyor who is rady for the next step in their career.
You will initially be working on an Environment Agencies Contract working in the Humberside and East Coast region within a team of 3.
Duties will include;
- Package Allocation
- Weekly/Monthly CVR's
- Managing Application for Payments
- Measurement and Valuations
- Issuing sub-contractor payments
- Pricing Variations
- Conversant with with NEC FOC
The successful applicants will have full commercial responsibilities for 1 - 3 projects at a time reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager so will need the ability to work autonomously from either a site or at home where appropriate.
