THE ROLE
Ganymede are working closely with one of the UK’s leading Civil Engineering Contractors who are looking to build a robust Commercial team, in readiness for AMP8 and to help close out AMP7 across a very successful Water Framework. The existing framework renews in April 2025 with a solid orderbook taking you through to 2030.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part to the commercial team. You are highly valued within the business and allowed to use your own autonomy and experience to help save and make money for the business.
Quantity Surveying includes several responsibilities, including:
- Contract Administration - NEC
- Procurement
- Commercial reporting
- CE’s
- Managing Change up and down Stream
- Payment Applications
- CVR Reporting
- Support of Junior members of team
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You should have:
- Civil Engineering background (Ideally, Water experience)
- Good sound knowledge of NEC Contracts
- Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor
