We are seeking experienced B2C sales experts.

The Role:

The Sales Survey Specialist will be comprehensively trained using a combination of internal and external resources and will then use their knowledge and customer skills, along with the very latest video calling technology to promote and sell branded, market leading central heating products, to both new and existing customers. 

Sales Survey Specialist will work either in a lively and vibrant environment office environment or from a home office.

With fully pre-qualified appointments booked by the Customer Service Team, the Sales Survey Specialist will speak to predominantly existing customers about upgrading their central heating systems but will also respond to calls from engineers who are completing surveys in customers' homes on boilers which are Beyond Economic Repair or Referrals.

You would be supported by a structured career progression.

Essential:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience of direct sales with a proven track record of high performance and achievement, in a contact centre or face to face environment 

Experience of or the ability to be able to take on technical product training to include central heating design and specification, boiler products and manufacturer rules and regulations.

  • Comfortable in following business processes whilst using multiple IT applications and video technologies.
  • Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong customer focus - committed to treating customers in a fair and consistent way 
  • People focused and able to work cooperatively as part of a team
  • Highly driven sales professional that treats their role as if it were their own business.
  • High awareness of the sales / selling process.

Desirable

  • B2C sales experience in the Home Improvement sector
