Rolling Stock Systems Engineer (Mechanical)

Would you like the opportunity to showcase your knowledge within Rolling Stock Mechanical Systems, working with different clients on a day-to-day basis? Providing project engineering and performance engineering service you’ll be working for an established leader within the Rolling Stock environment, you will be joining an organisation that prides themselves on investing in innovative and sustainable rolling stock to modernise and improve UK rail, meeting the evolving needs of today’s passengers.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, 2 days from home, 3 days site or office based (either London or Derby) You will be supporting customers across the UK within the Rolling Stock sector, on systems such as Bogies, Brakes, Air systems and cooling systems. You’ll be working with Rolling Stock suppliers, OEM’s and Train Operators providing your expertise in System Development, Change Management and Maintenance Specifications.
Remuneration and benefits
An impressive package is available consisting of an attractive salary DOE, plus 10% benefit funding, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, flexible working, 15% employer contribute Pension.
