What are we looking for?
To be successful at Ganymede, you need to be ambitious, motivated and willing to learn. Recruitment is a challenging sector, but for those who want to succeed and embrace our training programme, it is also extremely rewarding! Due to the nature of the roles, Recruitment, B2B or B2C sales experience is beneficial. We also have Trainee Recruitment Consultant roles available for those who don’t have this experience, although some customer facing experience is still preferred.
