Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Cheltenham
Salary: up to £50,000 + company car or car allowance

Company: The company provides a comprehensive range of civil engineering, traffic management and environmental services with specialist expertise in highways maintenance. Successfully operating across the south of England for over 38 years, they offer complete solutions for government agencies, main contractors, local councils, and other private clients including bridge reconstructions to groundworks and drainage schemes to vehicle restraint systems.
Role Description: Working closely with the Commercial Manager, you will be undertaking change requests, running compensation events, producing monthly CVR reports, as well as the application and administration of all contracts. Training will always be on offer throughout your career with this company so rest assured you will be supported to achieve your career goals through progression – so much so that the expectation is you will progress to the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor within 12 to 18 months.
Required Experience: In order to be considered for this role you will need to have experience operating at Quantity Surveyor level with main contractors, ideally on highways schemes but civil engineering and/or NEC experience would suffice.
Remuneration: On offer is a competitive salary of up to £50,000 (depending on experience), company car or car allowance, 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, 45 hour working week, pension contribution + additional benefits alongside a clear route to progression.
