£55,000 – 65,000 per Annum + Package.

The Role and Responsibilities
As Quality Manager you'll ensure your teams comply with the responsibility policies, procedures, and standards. Provide leadership and expertise on regulatory and compliance issues along with supporting our management and operational teams in all aspects of Health Safety Environmental & Quality compliance.

Our client is a top 1 contractor, known for their work with Civil Engineering and Construction sector. You will have the opportunity to be apart of some of the biggest and most exiting schemes across the UK and be able to grow and develop your career with great mentoring and support.
The Requirements
The ideal Quality Manager will have previous experience working in this role on major infrastructure projects across the UK. You will have working knowledge of ISO Standards as Lead Auditor to facilitate continual improvement. The ability to apply quality assurance knowledge to support teams, by investigating non-conformities and ensuring lessons learnt are communicated. And an understanding of integrated management systems and the ability to develop and improve processes.
We do require someone that has worked for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.
