The Company
Established 30 years ago, this SME has won a several projects within the Civil and Rail Sector across the Scottish region, with guaranteed work for the next five years. With a turnover of £20M they are now looking to grow their team further.
The Role
As the Project Manager you will be overseeing approximately three sites across the region, for minor and major works on Rail Civils projects, that include but not limited to; rail stations, canopy refurbishments/replacements, roof repairs, drainage works, under track crossings, painting, building refurbishment and more. You will be responsible for the overall planning of the works and the production/checking of site paperwork: Construction Phase Plans, WPP’s, Method statements and Task briefs.
As well as ensuring successful and safe Project delivery, the Project Manager will be responsible for Financial and Commercial performance of the project. It is essential that you have a keen eye for detail and Commercial/financial acumen due to the type of works and timescales involved.
The Project Manager will be responsible for reporting the Financial performance of the project to the board and client from inception to completion.
The Requirements
- Minimum of a HNC / HND Civil Engineering
- Experience with the Rail Civils environment
- PTS / Able to pass medical to gain

Salary up to £55,000 per annum, Company Car or Car Allowance, 20 days holiday + BH, Statutory pension scheme + Overtime pay for weekend work
