Performance Engineer - Rolling Stock

The Company
You will be joining a Global organisation synonymous with engineering excellence, who are leaders in developing leading technology solutions for customers in the marine, construction, rail and defence sectors (amongst others). A genuine leader in their field that are seeking an experience Performance Engineer to join their close-knit team that has the ability to communicate effectively with their key customers.
About You
You will be experienced Rolling Stock professional in Fleet Reliability, Performance analysis and component warranty, and have the ability to communicate effectively with the high-profile customer concerning any issues surrounding the Rolling Stock availability. Understanding TSSSA agreements would be required, so you can identify root cause failures for defect systems and components, and work with the appropriate suppliers effectively.
The Role
Having a detailed understanding of fleet reliability, you will be an effective communicator to work closely with the customer concerning all rolling stock performance issues. This will include detailed fleet analysis and explaining how you will ensure the fleet is available for service.
You will also work closely with suppliers, concerning component warranty issues, and working with them in resolving any components that are failing in service.
The Salary
Basic salary up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience, plus an annual bonus scheme, 26 days holiday and a matched pension scheme of up to 10% as well as health benefits.
