Lining Supervisor

Are you an experienced Lining Supervisor who is proactive, motivated, and ready to lead from the front? An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leader in the drainage services sector!
The Company
As a Lining Supervisor, you will be joining an organisation who are well established as a specialist within drainage inspection, maintenance and repair services to both public & private sector clients, where they deliver their services across both drainage and sewer systems such as highways, rail drainage networks by performing CCTV surveys, UV lining, patch repairs, robotic cutting and more.
As part of their continuous growth plan, the Lining division is currently experiencing new & exciting challenges where the requirement for a Lining Supervisor has become available.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced Lining Supervisor who has worked their way up from a Lining Engineer position performing duties such as UV lining, patch repairs, inversion installations, robotic cutting etc…to a supervisory role where you have led a team of 6 – 8 in their day to day tasks of drainage repairs or alternatively you feel you are ready to take the next step in your career and rise to the challenge of taking on the Lining Supervisor role where you able to lead from the front in a proactive hands on role, be confident & out going, motivate and support your team to ensure the scope of works is completed on time and efficiently.
The Role
As the Lining Supervisor, you shall be tasked with your day to day supervisory of the Lining Engineers, creating of method statements, risk assessments, overseeing full health & safety is in place for a safe work environment, ordering of materials and reporting to the Head of the Lining Division and other internal departments.
Standard working hours are 6.30am – 16:30pm with flexible working hours available for site visits across the South of the UK. A key requirement is your flexibility to work midweek overtime, weekends, nights etc…all these requirements being planned as well as some emergency call outs.
An additional advantage will see you hold a qualification / certificate in Confined Spaces, CSCS and SSTS
Salary and Benefits
Basic salary of £35k - £40k per annum – DOE

Bonus scheme for budget / target achievements.
