As the QHSE Manager, you will be joining a small but very experienced team, providing support covering all aspects concerning Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental within the rail sector. You’ll thrive on the opportunity to develop individuals within the team, to enable them to push their career forward. You will have the opportunity to carry out audits of Quality, Safety & Environmental Management Systems, whilst assisting in the development and implementation of Procedures (Safety, Quality, Operational, Engineering, Employment etc). You will review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Comply with and carry out duties in accordance with the requirements of the current Quality, Environmental and Safety Management System. Investigate accidents and incidents across sites and ensure compliance with relevant Legislations.
- NEBOSH or Environmental Diploma
- Tech IOSH (Minimum) & working towards CMIOSH
- ISO Lead Auditor
Salary up to £55k + 5% Pension + Free & Discounted Rail Travel + Healthcare + Range of flexible benefits + 25 Days Holiday + BH
