UK - Flexible on Location!
Up to £90,000 per annum + 15% Bonus + £7,700 car allowance

Ganymede is working exclusively with one of our longest standing clients in their search for a Head of Health & Safety, who can form a critical part of the executive Management team in this £Multi Million turnover rail organisation. Utilising the latest technology and reporting software, this role gives the successful candidate the opportunity to work with a Director who is passionate about workforce safety and the environment. If you are ambitious and looking to progress long term in Health & Safety, this could well be the opportunity you are looking for!
The Role
This role is full of variety and if you thrive in a busy environment where 'no two days are the same' this could be your ideal role! Working for a vastly experienced, respected and personable Director, you will support various rail locations with driving a positive health and safety culture. Being a champion for continuous improvement, mitigating risk whilst building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be an active role model and facilitating promotion and a positive culture in the business; providing direction and challenging senior leadership both internally and externally to embed cultural change.
Required Experience
This is a critical role for the organisation, so it is essential that you are an experience Health and Safety manager within the Rail, Rolling Stock sector; or have held a Head of / Lead role for a global brand. Being a member of IOSH will also be beneficial, with qualifications within Health and Safety such as a NEBOSH would be great!
Package
Basic salary up to £90,000 per annum, 15% Bonus scheme, £7,764 car allowance, Matched pension scheme up to 10% plus other flexible benefits
