Contract Length: 6 Month Initial Contract with the opportunity for Permanent Placement

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the railway sector? We are looking for dedicated Gateline Assistants to be the friendly face of customer service at London King's Cross Station. This is your chance to develop new skills, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the seamless travel experience of thousands of passengers.

Your Role: As a Gateline Assistant, you will be at the forefront of passenger interactions, providing information, assistance, and ensuring a warm welcome for travellers. Your responsibilities include helping passengers with journey enquiries, ticket information, and providing guidance on train times. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring passenger safety while operating the station barriers.

This role is your gateway to a multitude of exciting career paths within the railway sector and other key areas of the business. A 20-week roster will be provided to you. On average, you will work 35 hours a week, and be part of a team who works early shifts (starting at 05:55 am at the earliest) and late shifts (finishing at 20:05 pm at the latest).
