Role: Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands (3 miles out of city centre)
Salary: up to £350 per day

Role Description: This is an opportunity for a freelance Quantity Surveyor to work with an experienced Tier-2 Contractor with a proven track record in earthworks, remediation, drainage, highways, and reinforced concrete schemes. This particular opportunity is working on a major earthworks projects as part of a multi-billion-pound rail enabling works framework, where, as Quantity Surveyor, you will be acting as commercial project lead, ensuring that all commercial and contractual procedures are followed under the main contractor and company standards.
Remuneration: On offer is a competitive day rate of up to £350 per day (depending on experience) on an initial 6-month contract. This role will be assessed against IR35 legislation once a suitable candidate has been found.
Required Experience: To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have Quantity Surveyor experience with extensive knowledge of NEC forms of contract and have a full UK drivers licence.
