About the Role
An Estimator is required to assist the business in achieving turnover and profitability through comprehensive pricing and successful winning of work. You will be responsible for carrying out the estimating function in line with company procedures and policies, including assisting the bid management process of key tenders. Your typical workload will include reviewing and pricing tenders for Highway Term Maintenance contracts (£30m/annum) and scheme/projects to £5m including surfacing works for the company ensuring that all estimating is carried out in line with company procedures and reports.
Ideal Candidate
- Estimating experience
- Experience operating in the highways sector
- Experience using Causeway estimating software
- Experience estimating from schedule of rates
- Track record of winning profitable contracts
- Live within commutable distance of Hoddesdon

- Competitive salary of up to £60,000
