Electrical Qualified Supervisor - Darlington/Nationwide
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Technical Quality Supervisor due to significant growth and contract wins to join an Award-winning Renewables team.
Responsible for ensuring the electrical technical quality and compliance of our EV / Renewable installations, our Electrical Technical Quality Supervisors play a crucial role in field supervision and improving the overall standards within our Field teams and business. Being brand aware, supporting field performance and quality whilst ensuring all installations are completed with an outstanding customer journey.
This role is wide reaching, supporting domestic and commercial installers, subcontractors and 3rd parties with day-to-day field management, technical support and face to face mentoring meaning some travel will be required, alongside the review and sign off of field engineers electrical certification.
What’s required:
· Validation of electrical certificates / Building control submission to NICEIC & client
· Technical support to field engineers, back-office staff and project management teams including client and customers
· Day to day management, onsite audits, mentoring and coaching to field engineers
· Sound understanding and experience of H&S / Technical requirements of the EV/Renewables sector
· Ensuring all H&S policies and SSoW created and updated, including review and investigation of any incidents.
· ENA submissions to relevant DNO’s
· Keeping up to date with industry changes and product development

· Salary dependant on experience up to £40,000
· Monthly Bonus up to £500 per month

What skills we need you to have:
· Full Driving license.
· 18 Edition BS7671 edition (AMD:2) Min 3 years
· NVQ Level 3 in electrotechnical installation Min 3 years
· Test and Inspection (2391 or equivalent) Min 3 years
· Experience of Domestic and Commercial Renewable electrical installations
· NICEIC qualified supervisor - Preferred
· Solar PV installation course (2399 or equivalent) - Preferred
· EV installation course (2919 or equivalent) – preferred
· Auditing and coaching experience (TAQA/CAVA assessor course) Preferred
· Knowledge/Experience of MOCOPA requirements - Preferred
The ideal candidate will be acting as a qualified supervisor currently covering Domestic/Commercial EV and Solar PV, although we will accept applications form suitably qualified people looking to expand their knowledge in the Renewables sector.
