The Role
In this role you will be overseeing 2 to 4 multi-utility projects at any one time.
Duties would include:
- Attend site meetings
- Client Liaison
- Programming projects
- Co-ordinate labour
- Valuations
- Aiding in pre-tender works when required.
- Total operational overview of the projects
The Company
Our client is a specialist sub-contractor who currently offer a full range of utilities installation incorporating Water, Gas, Electric and Telecom to a client base delivering commercial, retail and residential projects throughout the North West region.
About you
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint a Projects/Contracts Manager.
The ideal candidate will be a professional and energetic individual, who can ‘hit the ground running’ and has knowledge and experience of delivering all aspects of utilities.
The role would suit either an experienced Projects/Contracts Manager or a Site Manager who is ready to enter the next stage of their career in utilities installation and delivery and can demonstrate their readiness for the role.
Applicants from either a trades background or Graduate background will be considered as long as they have the suitable experience.
You must hold a current SMSTS and CSCS Card (or equivalent).
