The Company
Ganymede are working in close connection with one of the most exciting companies in the South West, led by an articulate, motivating and successful Project Director that has an excellent background in delivering challenging rail civils projects.
Continuing the trend, our client has secured a complex and high profile multi-disciplinary project which will provide work to the region for over 2 and half years resulting in a much-needed total redevelopment of an important Rail station providing a vast improvement to the running of train services as well as an improved customer experience.
The Role
To lead the delivery of the Engineering services across the Region through effective operational management, in partnership with stakeholders including Clients, Management, Employees, Sub-Contractors, Supply Chain and all relevant Engineering Disciplines.
Oversee the provision of Engineering Technical support from Project inception through award to closure, ensuring that Projects are delivered to specification in accordance with the following:
- Contract Specification
- Company Process & Procedures
- Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Standards
- Industry best practice
- Client specific Standards/Specifications
As a client facing, brand ambassador we expect you to manage client expectations in a collaborative and positive way whilst driving company priorities.
The Person
To be considered for this role, you must have worked as a CEM previously on large, multi-disciplinary Rail Infrastructure projects of values £10m+ and you. You will most likely hold an HNC or equivalent in Civil Engineering and hold a valid PTS.
