Role Description: Working within an established and experienced commercial team of one of the UK’s largest civil engineering and rail contractors, where, as Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on a variety of ECI schemes which includes projects on both enhancement and renewal frameworks including structures, bridges and access for all station works. As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working alongside a (recently promoted) Quantity Surveyor and assisting the commercial team by contributing to the profitable performance of the business unit (specifically CP6 projects), through the successful commercial and financial management of works.
Remuneration: On offer is a competitive salary of up to £32,000 (depending on experience) + company car or car allowance, 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, 39 hour working week, company pension contribution, healthcare + additional benefits alongside funding and mentorship for any qualifications and RICS accreditations.
Required Experience: To be considered for this incredible opportunity, you will need experience operating as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Assistant/Trainee Quantity Surveyor, ideally in the rail industry, however main contractor NEC experience would suffice. Full UK Driving license is a must.
