Rate: £14.00 - £15 per hour

THE ROLE

As a Site Administrator, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of a busy construction site. Your day-to-day duties will include chasing and collecting outstanding documents from site management and subcontractors—ranging from health and safety records and daily reports to operations manuals. You’ll be responsible for accurately filing these documents in both paper and electronic formats, using systems such as Viewpoint/4Projects. In addition, you’ll help maintain organised site records, support the site team administratively, and assist in tasks like obtaining STAT plans, managing deliveries, ordering supplies, and liaising with various departments including commercial and IT support.

THE CANDIDATE

This is a document-heavy role, so being highly organised with exceptional attention to detail is essential. You’ll need to be confident in chasing multiple stakeholders for information and able to communicate effectively to get things done. You should have strong administrative experience, ideally in a site-based environment, and be comfortable managing tasks like maintaining HR records, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems is a must, and having a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. A proactive attitude, good work ethic, and the ability to multitask effectively will ensure success in this fast-paced role
