Contract Length: - 6 month contract, chance of extension
Location: - Gloucester
Rate: - £15 per hour PAYE
Role Description
A vacancy has arisen for an Administrator to join a main contractor that specialises in Rail, Construction and Civil Engineering. You will be expected to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, office based.
Duties and responsibilities may include:-
Making and recording orders
- Ordering PPE
- Filing paperwork
- Preperation of health & safety files
- Inputting timesheets
- Ordering supplies for welfare
- Arranging meetings
- Sending out invites for track walkouts
- Printing and completing information packs
- Taking minutes
- Booking hotels and arranging travel
Required experience
- Excel
- Word
- Microsoft Office / Emails
- Methodical and thorough approach to work
- Excellent time management
- Available to start immediately
- Valid UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
