My background in recruitment
I have over 6 years within the recruitment sector, having previously worked in the social care sector for one of the UK’s most recognisable brands within recruitment. This has enabled me to gain a wealth of experience in meeting client needs whilst understanding the needs of my candidates. I believe in end-to-end processes by delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and the workforce, which has had a major influence on my career successes. The Transportation sector provides a great platform to further develop this knowledge whilst adding to the group's success at Ganymede.

As an experienced recruitment consultant within the transportation team, my focus is to connect top-tier talent with the leading organisations within this field in a seamless and efficient process. As part of the transportation team, our current recruitment focus includes the following positions: Maintenance Technicians, Engineering Leads, Fitters (Mechanical and Electrical roles), and Train Presentation Operatives. Being committed to providing a comprehensive recruitment service that contributes to the growth and success of organisations, while assisting talented professionals within the transportation sector, is what I strive to achieve.
The best part of my job
Being able to assist clients and candidates with recruitment solutions is something I take pride in. Recruitment is like a marriage, and as 'the matchmaker', my role is to ensure this process is successful and long-lasting. The prospect of working on a new project is always exciting as it provides the chance to build strong relationships and long-lasting partnerships that breed success for both clients and candidates.
What I do when I'm not in the office
Apart from supporting my beloved Manchester United, I enjoy playing rugby and working out.
