My background in recruitment
I have been in recruitment for about two and a half years, commencing my career in London. I focused on commercial roles within Procurement and Supply Chain, working almost exclusively with consultancies. Now, with nine months at Ganymede, I specialise in partnering with engineering consultancies in both the UK and internationally.

The best part of my job
The most rewarding aspect of my job is grasping a client's strategic needs and business plans. I take pride in advising on hiring strategy and identifying potential candidates who can accelerate these plans.
What I do when I'm not in the office
When I am not at work, I enjoy playing cricket and hockey. I have also used my time off to visit bucket list destinations.
