I’m an experienced Recruitment Consultant approaching six years in this industry, with a proven track record across both the IT and education sectors, supporting clients in identifying and hiring top-tier talent across the UK.
Over the years, I’ve partnered with organisations ranging from security-cleared central government departments and public sector bodies to schools and private businesses, helping them build high-performing teams across technical and operational functions. My career spans hands-on recruitment delivery, executive search, business development, and client relationship management.
In education, I’ve successfully placed teaching and support staff into schools, building long-term talent pipelines and responding to urgent staffing needs with speed and precision.
In IT, I’ve delivered recruitment services across digital transformation, cyber security, cloud, analytics, and project delivery, working within regulated frameworks such as G-Cloud, CCS, and DOS, and supporting clients with contract, permanent, and leadership hires.
