My background in recruitment
Before joining Ganymede, I worked for a Facilities Management (FM) recruitment company for precisely two years after leaving college at the age of eighteen.
During this period, I began as a Resourcing Consultant, later advancing to Trainee Recruitment Consultant, and subsequently achieving the status of a fully-fledged 360 Recruitment Consultant. I departed from this company in September 2023 before joining Ganymede at the end of October 2023.
In my previous role at the recruitment company, I covered all FM Hard Services roles, ranging from Engineer to Supervisor, and conducted recruitment for these positions on a Permanent and Fixed-Term Contract basis.

The best part of my job
The most rewarding aspect of my job is the satisfaction derived from assisting candidates in finding the ideal role for themselves. I've always enjoyed helping individuals achieve their aspirations and being a guiding presence for them throughout the recruitment process.
What I do when I'm not in the office
Outside of the office, I enjoy watching football, hitting the gym, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
