My background in recruitment
Over the past year, I've ventured into the dynamic world of recruitment. Having spent the majority of my professional career on the other side of the fence, I aim to bring a helpful and honest perspective to life as a 360 recruiter. My experience in marketing and sales roles within energy consultancies and key energy providers, coupled with a BA (Hons) in Marketing & Sustainability, provides me with a solid foundation to assist our clients and candidates in reaching their goals in ever-changing and continuously growing markets.

Drawing from my own experiences in the Energy and Decarbonisation sector, I am happy to share insights in the hopes of helping others navigate their career paths.
The best part of my job
The most rewarding aspect of my job is the genuine satisfaction of helping someone improve their situation. Whether it's supporting a stressed hiring manager facing impossible hiring targets for the next quarter or assisting a disgruntled employee looking to make a career change. Of course, I also enjoy the thrill of winning big deals! Working in the office from Tuesday to Thursday is particularly brilliant, as our team gets along so well. It's always enjoyable collaborating with them to get the job done.
What I do when I'm not in the office
When I'm out of the office, it's football, football, football - whether playing or watching. Other than that, golf, travelling, and socialising over drinks would come in a distant second, third, and fourth place.
