We have recently been working with a client that operates in a high-tempo rail environment, regularly receiving scopes at short notice across multiple locations and timeframes. The client was struggling to source a provider with a clear and credible understanding of Handback competency management, which was impacting their ability to respond efficiently to both planned works and reactive opportunities.
