The Client

As one of the most recognized within the engineering industry my client has a current turnover projection of £1 billion and isn’t looking at stopping there. Working within several sectors including civil engineering, rail, waste/environmental and build my Client goes above and beyond for their employees by giving them ongoing training and support within their chosen field of work.
What you will be doing
You will be managing the works done on the railway element of the scheme, this will include the P-way, OLE and Signalling. You will be reporting into the Senior Project Manager and liaising with the Civils and Building agents
You will play a key part in maintaining client relationships and building, developing and supporting your team. You must ensure all employees have received adequate training and make sure all information about the job is given to them before the work is started. You will be building and maintaining good relationships with not only the Clients but also all other external parties.

What is on Offer?
My client is offering a very generous starting salary of £50,000 and going up to £55,000 for the right candidate. They are also including a company car or car allowance along with 25 days holidays, 5% pension. Moreover, the company is willing to support financially and mentor professional qualifications
About you
You must have significant experience within the rail and the infrastructure industry. Ideally be from a Tier 1 P-way or OLE background and must have experience with multi disciplined rail schemes.
One of the following Qualifications needed: HND Civil Engineering, HNC Civil Engineering, Degree
