Be Part of One of the UK’s Most High Profile Infrastructure Projects
This is a site based Senior QS role on a landmark London infrastructure development.
Large packages. Complex environment. Proper commercial responsibility.
You’ll be working within an experienced commercial team managing major work packages across civil engineering and rail works.
Your Role
• End to end commercial management of major packages
• NEC contract administration
• Subcontract procurement and management
• Change management and variations
• CVR reporting and cost forecasting
• Applications, payments and final accounts
• Managing commercial risk
This is hands on. You’ll be expected to lead your packages properly.
What You’ll Need
• Experience as a Senior QS on infrastructure projects
• Strong NEC knowledge
• Rail experience preferred
• Civils or M&E package experience
• Confident dealing with subcontractors and complex change
