Work on a Major UK Rail Programme
This is a proper Senior QS role. Big project. Structured environment. Real commercial responsibility.
You’ll be joining a high performing commercial team delivering complex rail and M&E packages on a nationally significant infrastructure scheme.
If you’re confident in NEC, comfortable managing subcontractors and want exposure to a major programme without being micromanaged, this is one to look at.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Full commercial management of allocated packages
• NEC4 contract administration (including Network Rail forms)
• Subcontractor management from procurement through to final account
• Change management and compensation events
• Monthly CVR reporting and cost forecasting
• Risk and opportunity management
• Working closely with delivery and engineering teams
You won’t just be processing paperwork. You’ll be influencing outcomes.
What They’re Looking For
• Proven experience operating at Senior QS level
• Strong NEC4 knowledge
• Network Rail contract exposure desirable
• Rail and/or M&E experience highly sought after
• Confident running subcontract packages independently
• Strong forecasting and reporting capability
