“A great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be involved with a Leading Water Contractor based on projects near the M4 Corridor”.
THE ROLE
Ganymede are working closely with a leading Water Contractor who are looking for further Commercial Support. The successful candidate would be working as part of a strong Commercial Team on 2 new schemes valued around £5m each.
You would be responsible for everything from the commencement to the completion of projects including managing, and reporting of the works throughout dealing with both subcontractors and clients and final accounting all works upon completion.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Act as Client Interface
- Management of claims and/or disputes
- Commercial reporting
- Valuations
- CE’s
- Managing Change up and down Stream
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will need:
- Civil Engineering background (Ideally, Water experience)
- Good sound knowledge of commercial contracts
- NEC/IChemE experience
