Leeds
3 month rolling contract
£300 per shift (outside of IR35) dependant on experience

The Role and Responsibilities
Administrative duties
Quotation production
PO management and invoice reviewing
Liaison over competency management and reviewing project milestones
Dealing with timesheet queries
Cost tracking/budget control
Equipment, materials and PPE ordering
The Company
The successful candidate will be joining a large main civil engineering contractor who operates in multiple sectors nationwide. The organisation has an excellent reputation in the rail civil engineering sector.
The Requirements
The ability to work at pace, managing a busy and varied workload in a constantly changing environment
Excited to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and continue to deliver in constantly changing environments
Strong IT skills in all Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Project
