The Company
This Train Operator currently serves over 300,000 customers within the London region daily. Providing a service for both leisure and commuter travel within their network.
The Role
As the Lead Electrical Rolling Stock Engineer, you’ll be experienced with the understanding of the maintenance process for electrical systems within rolling stock, carrying out technical writing and providing leadership on engineering change
to ensure the reliability of fleets are at their optimum levels for service.
You’ll understand the technical investigations carried out within fleets and have the ability and commercial awareness to work closely with suppliers to resolve issues.
You’ll also be required to have experience with systems such as TCMS, remote monitoring and ATO system/control.
Requirements
- Engineering qualifications with either a CEng or IEng
- Train Control & Management System or Automatic Train Operation experience
- Great understanding of ROGs/ORR
- New trains experience
